Brenda's Letter to YOU

Hello My Friend,

Thank you for visiting The F Words of Life!  My hope is this will be a place you come often to breathe into yourself.

I wanted to share a little more of my personal "story" here, rather than a bunch of stats and facts.  

So let's get started!

Why did I get started in Personal Development?  
Why do I do what I do? 

I truly believe my purpose in life is to help others live the life they are meant to live.      
A life of True Abundance. I KNOW that is  the Spiritual Birthright to which we are each entitled.

I believe that with my mind, heart, and soul.

However, most of us have "bought into" the fallacy that we aren't meant for Abundance. That living the exact life that is buried in our heart and runs through our unique DNA is impossible. Some will say it's ignorant to think you can "have it all". Some will say it's arrogant or even selfish. Some will say it is idiotic and a fool's dream.

Well I am here to tell you THOSE are all a false beliefs that over time, we have come to believe. And because you have "proof" of past experiences, failures, heart aches, you choose to believe all of the nay-sayers. Yes, it is a choice. And I say it's time to make a new choice.

Why do I believe this so intensely and with such conviction? Because I am the same as you. I have been in the VERY darkest of places, more than once, during my life so far. I have experienced many greatest losses... so far some of the most difficult...

The death of my Mother when I was only 26 years old.

The "death" of what I thought was the love relationship I was meant to be in forever.

The "death" of my bank account, when I literally couldn't pull money out of the ATM because my total account balance was less than $20.

The "death" of silence, when I lived in the shadows, simply because I knew I was romantically attracted to the same sex.

During all of these experiences, I truly felt like I had sunk to a depth of darkness, from which I could never ever climb out of.

And yet, I did.

Because somewhere, deep inside, for my entire life, I had a knowing. And a thirst to understand that knowing. To learn and grow and "figure it out". Weren't we meant for more? And the answer to that is a resounding YES!

So I have been a student - studying psychology, philosophy, spirituality, metaphysical concepts, and business. And I have been blessed to be a Coach and Trainer for the last 17 years. However, The F Words of Life was brewing and marinating in the background. I wanted to help even more people, serve even deeper, and actually take all I have learned (and will continue to learn) and create ways for people to learn and grow also.

My passion is creating Tools and providing Training to help others "level up" and live a higher, more purposeful and fulfilling life. For those of you who hear the call, please enjoy and share your feedback and how else I can serve you.

One final thought...

I hear many people on a daily basis, mostly women, expressing a desire for a community of other women that can lift them up, inspire them, support them, challenge them, and just allow them to be who they really are. I see The F Words of Life as that place - a place to provide you a community, or your Tribe if you will.

So if this all resonates with you, maybe you have found your Tribe of like-minded individuals.
